8180 and 8200 Greensboro Drive are part of a two-building complex, Greensboro Park, which are LEED Gold Certified and Wired Score Certified and totals approximately 514,048 rentable square feet. Greensboro Park is currently wired by Verizon Fiber Optics and Comcast. Landlord, its architect and consultants have completed significant renovations and upgrade of Greensboro Park of approximately $5,000,000 which includes, but is not limited to the following:
